Picom's Adjuster Portal
Picom's Adjuster Portal allows the adjusters and the claim representatives with easy access to their claim files so that they can always stay current on all claim file information. Picom's Adjuster Portal gathers all the policies and claims information in one portal view. It enables a single window for the authorized adjuster to view all customer/claims information including: policy declarations, claims financial information, claims images, legal documentations and customer communication.
The solution allows all the claim related documentation, regardless of the source, to be captured electronically and distributed to the adjusters as part of the claim processing. The claim files could be integrated with workflows, making sure that the right personal is working on the right tasks and all the claims team members are productive.
